In my haste to get a blog post out on Mother's Day I actually forgot to mention my mom! Yikes. You can sort of see where my head is at these days. Anyways, we took my mom to lunch at Buca de Beppo and ate far too much pasta. It was nice though and we got to celebrate not only Mother's Day but my mom's birthday, which is always either right on or right by Mother's Day (poor thing). My mom is pretty much the greatest. I always have to remind myself how fortunate I am to have a family that I actually enjoy hanging out with regularly. We're going out again this weekend to celebrate my, now very pregnant, sister-in-law's birthday and I can't wait.
The other big thing I forgot to mention is that, not only is Courtney living with me for a few weeks, Allie (Courts sister and one of my newest bestest buds) moved into her new place down the street from me! It's super cute and I can't wait to see it once she gets all her amazing artwork up.
